At Mudra Healthcare Services we do understand accurate coding is crucial for proper reimbursement. We audit OASIS collects data on demographic clinical status, functional abilities and other factors that impact patient outcome. This is used for quality measurement and payment determination. This assessments are conducted on specific time points & SOC, ROC after an inpatient stay and discharge. The assessment includes various domains, such as activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, pain management, wound care, and cognitive status. The data points help in determining the patient's level of care needs and guides the development of a personalized care plan.

We understand the rating system which is crucial for any agency to maintain their services, which includes a star rating that ranges from 1 to 5 stars with higher ratings indicating better performance for the agencies. This rating is based on quality measures, patients experience and other performance indicators

• Level 1 Coding: We assign ICD-10 codes to OASIS based on review of F2F encounter notes (from clinic, hospital, ER etc), review of medication list and narrative notes from clinician.
• Level 2 Coding and partial OASIS review: ICD-10 codes to OASIS based on review of F2F encounter notes. Coder will review OASIS items for accuracy, make or recommend the changes needed. The list of OASIS M-items will be provided that the coder will audit.
• Level 2.5 Coding and comprehensive OASIS review: Coder will add ICD-10 codes to OASIS based on review of F2F encounter notes. Coder will review the entire OASIS form for accuracy, will make or recommend the changes needed.
• Level 3 Coding: comprehensive OASIS review and Plan of Care. Coder will add ICD-10 codes to OASIS based on review of F2F encounter notes. Coder will perform comprehensive OASIS and Plan of Care review, will make changes or recommendations needed for OASIS and Plan of Care.
